一、專案性質與平台聲明 Platform Statement

1.1 本專案（星火計畫 / 埃德里聯邦）係基於 Minecraft 平台之合法授權進行之數位創作。本專案與 Mojang 或 Microsoft 無官方隸屬關係。

1.1 This project is a digital creation based on Minecraft platforms. This project is not affiliated with Mojang, or Microsoft.

二、服務終止與爭議處理 Termination & Disputes

2.1 終止權限制：本平台為私人營運伺服器。管理方保有隨時暫停、修改或永久終止服務之權利。服務終止時，所有虛擬資產與數據將隨之消除，管理方不負損害賠償或退款責任。
2.1 Termination Rights: This platform is a privately operated server. Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate services. Virtual assets will be deleted upon termination without compensation.

2.2 爭議處理：使用者間之任何交易、言論或行為爭議，均與本平台及品牌無涉，須由當事人自行協商或依法律途徑解決。
2.2 Dispute Handling: Any disputes between users (transactions, conduct, etc.) are independent of the platform or brand and must be resolved by the parties themselves.

三、未成年人使用規範 Minor Usage Policy

3.1 使用者未滿十八歲者，必須取得法定代理人之同意方得使用本服務。凡進行贊助行為者，視為已取得法定代理人之允許。違反者，本平台有權拒絕提供服務。

3.1 Users under 18 must obtain guardian consent. Any sponsorship is deemed authorized by a guardian. Violations may result in denial of service.

四、贊助與退款政策 Sponsorship & Refund Policy

4.1 法律依據：依據中華民國《消費者保護法》第19條第2項規定，本服務屬「非以有形媒介提供之數位內容」，一經交付即完成履行，不適用七日無條件解除權且不予退款。
4.1 Legal Basis: Per ROC CPA Art. 19, this service provides digital content exempt from the 7-day refund right once delivered. Non-refundable.

五、隱私權與資料安全 Privacy & Data Security

5.1 我們僅收集 Discord ID 等必要識別碼以維持營運。金流支付由 Xsolla 處理，本平台不接觸、不紀錄、不儲存任何信用卡或帳戶個資。

5.1 We only collect necessary IDs like Discord ID. Payments are processed by Xsolla; we do not access, record, or store financial data.

六、準據法與管轄法院 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

6.1 本協議以中華民國法律為準據法。因本協議所生之爭議，雙方合意以「臺灣新北地方法院」為第一審管轄法院。

6.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the R.O.C. Disputes shall be submitted to the New Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
